Due to growth we are seeking to employ 4 additional Business Loans Advisers to enhance our team. The post will be based Nottingham but will be expected to work across the Midlands.

**Job summary**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Ensure appropriate level of due diligence is completed for all leads and adhere to the company credit policy
- Undertake an analysis of the case and prepare recommendation to the credit assessor
- Attend events to promote First Enterprise - Enterprise Loans and its products to generate new leads

**Essential Requirements**:

- Preparing and understanding financial projections and ratios
- Customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; decision-making skills and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Banking or CDFI experience
- Public or third sector experience
- Previous experience of running a business

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Analysis of Business Proposals
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Capacity to learn quickly and execute accurately
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong computer skills and experience of programs, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Office 365
