**The Opportunity**
Nigel Wright are delighted to partnering with Ringtons in their search for a Divisional Head of HR. This is a new role with a broad remit as the business undergoes an exciting period of change, moving the Human Resources strategy from the traditional to theprogressive, embracing new initiatives and endeavours, ensuring they are providing the best employee and customer experience.
**Our Client**
Ringtons is an iconic family business established in 1907 in North East England. What started out as a single horse and cart delivering tea door to door has developed into a multidivisional operation employing 550+ staff and generating revenues over £65m perannum. Ringtons is one of the largest tea manufacturers in the UK which operates out of its BRC AA* accredited facility in Newcastle upon Tyne and produces products for some of the biggest retailers in the world. The Ringtons Brand offers an extensive directto consumer product range through its doorstep delivery and ecommerce channels while the Beverages and Coffee divisions supply quality coffee and tea catering solutions to businesses across the UK.
**What we are looking for**
- Full root and branch review of the existing function and employee lifecycle from recruitment through to training and development
- Work with the wider leadership team to develop and implement people related strategic initiatives to integrate with the Group’s vision and values
- Develop the EVP that links clearly to employee’s expectations around reward, recognition and remuneration
- Root and branch review of all people related activities and processes within the colleague life cycle, ensuring they are fully optimised
- Develop a strong talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain high calibre talent
- Develop capability of the leadership team through clear management development initiatives and understanding what good looks like
- Full training needs analysis and development of training programme to make the most of technology where possible
- Developing health and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure a clear communications strategy with colleagues to drive high engagement across the workforce
- Leadership and development of the team
