Location: Old Street

4 days in the office per week - Fridays work from home

9am-5pm

Purpose of role

The position involves supporting the Merchandising team in managing distribution of stock to stores, allocating out stock on current and new lines and organising transfers between stores to ensure stores have the optimum stock package to drive maximum sales and profit. An Allocator also creates daily and weekly reports to support the AM and Merchandiser.

Role Specific
- Produce daily and weekly reports to support merchandising team
- Plan and review allocations at the line level to ensure the right options go to the right stores and monitor parameters on core products
- Work closely with stores to ensure stock packages maximise sales potential and that stores are not over stocked, focusing particularly on flagships, international stores, the website and concessions
- Organise transfers between stores
- Provide sell-throughs for suppliers
- Contribute to management of line-cards with assistance from AM
- Ad hoc analysis
- Adhere to company and department processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively within a team environment and across departments where necessary Additional role specific that you may be responsible for
- Any other duties that maybe required
