**P2P (Procure to Pay) Lead
- Centres of Excellence**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress their career within a FTSE listed construction business with a track record of delivering high profile infrastructure projects.

This is a highly visible role having ownership of the P2P Processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, troubleshooting problem areas as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.

A broad understanding of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes is a key component of the role as well as previous experience optimising processes in a Shared Services environment and proven project management skills.

This role will report to the Head of Finance Centres of Excellence and will be a member of the CoE leadership team. This is a hybrid role based between Maidenhead/Home-based. Office-based 2-3 days a week would be preferable.

To your team(s) you will be a leader and a creative inspiration, encouraging innovation and creative thinking. To the stakeholders you will be an ambassador of change and an evangelist of the P2P vision and how it will drive the business forward.

You will provide financial business partner support to a broad range of business unit owners & functional areas supporting them to understand their P2P performance, identifying risks and opportunities. It is essential that you are commercially aware, able to provide data-led insight and convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders

**About you**
- Qualified Accountant with a recognised professional body (e.g., ICAEW / ICAS / ACCA / CIMA) or Qualified by Experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a P2P / Shared Services Managerial role.
- Broad Understanding of the P2P processes.
- Change management experience, working with people effectively.
- Experience of getting the best out of systems and technologies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and communicating financial insights.
- Managing change and integration of finance systems and processes.
- Significant experience in operating and leading within a finance shared services environment.
- Working with Oracle Enterprise One, or similar ERP system desirable.
