**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, mentor-ship, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance evaluations to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of materials and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance, to optimize procurement processes and support new product development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives, value engineering, and process improvements to achieve procurement efficiency and contribute to the company's profitability.
- Implement sustainable sourcing practices and promote the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility and ethical procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- CIPS level 4 minimum
- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, with a focus on electronics, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software tools.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements.
