Job Introduction

Main Responsibilities
As an Operational Support you will be responsible for supporting schedulers/planners with daily duties, obtaining utility drawings for programmed & reactive work, supporting senior management team, work closely with other departments and client, enforce right first time & value for money approach. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, this includes tasks such as obtaining utility drawings, supporting planning team with scheduling & permitting, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and creating reports. You will assist with implementing new processes and systems, help ensure that new processes and systems are implemented smoothly and that any issues are identified and addressed quickly. You will coordinate with other departments, work closely with other departments to ensure that the organization’s processes and systems are integrated and running efficiently. You will continuously monitoring and improving processes look to foster innovation and ways of working. You will maintain / develop good relations with all stakeholders including clients, managers, supervisors & operatives, ensure all company procedures are understood and adhered to, effective time management between duties and undertake all appropriate duties as assigned by your line manager.
