And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a **Head of Search and Donor Liaison** to join our **Donor & Transplantation Services **team.

**Title**:Head of Search & Donor Liaison**

**Salary**:£54,500 per annum (including London weighting)**

**Contract**:Permanent, full time**

**Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)**

**Location**:Hybrid between head office in Hampstead London and home**

The Head of Search & Donor Liaison is an exciting role for a strong leader with demonstrable experience of leading high-performing, customer-focused teams.

For transplant centres looking for a matching stem cell donor or cord blood unit for their patient, contacting the Search & Donor Liaison team is the first step in finding the perfect match. From the request for a search of UK and international registries, through to the initial contact with potential donors and the enriching of our donor register, the Head of Search & Donor Liaison leads critical processes in our Donor & Transplantation Services team. We strive to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers, the highest quality of care for our donors and to continuously improve.
