**Job Overview**

Provide dedicated Maximo helpdesk and administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.

**Main Duties**

Efficient helpdesk, clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:

- Maximo Helpdesk Administrator, scheduling and process work
- IT equipment management and records keeping
- Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
- Any other requirements of Line Manager

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service
- Strong team player orientation - cooperative and willing to assist others.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
