You will be able to demonstrate your skills throughout your career journey, showing strong analytical skills and attention to detail and your personality through your self-motivation, dynamism and can-do attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include,
- Process all sales orders and administration tasks for customer orders.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team.
- Prepare, raise, and provide customer quotations including working with support and international colleagues.
- Provide excellent telephone-based customer service, establish requirements and forward to the most appropriate person within the team.
- Proactively manage the company CRM to ensure the best information is available.
- Fully and enthusiastically participate in meetings to develop and share best practices.
- Effectively communicate with members of the field sales team and sales support to ensure a good understanding of area forecast and activity.
- Ensuring accurate order compliance.
- Assist and own general office administration tasks and procedures
- Ability to work at pace with accuracy and an eye for detail
- Deliver high standard with multiple priorities
- Show flexibility, resilience and empathy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using multiple systems such as CRM and Xero
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service and/or sales support experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
