Our client based in Birmingham is looking to recruit for a Team Leader In their Customer Services Department.
The duties will include the following but are not limited to:
- To lead day-to-day team operations through coaching, celebrating achievements and performance management
- Maintain successful employee engagement through effective communication
- Working alongside Operational Account Managers to act as a point of contact for B2B customers, proactively building and maintaining relationships
- Arranging and attending meetings with B2B customers to further develop working relationships and maximise opportunities for the business
- Work with wider business team to develop processes for the introduction of new customers
- Assist in the resolution of any customer complaints and concerns, taking necessary steps to prevent reoccurrence
- Provide day to day support to Customer Service Manager and deputise in their absence
In return they are looking for:

- Highly motivated and energetic
They are offering a salary of up to 32k with excellent benefits, 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
