Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding appointments
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role - preferably private Clinic/5* spa or similar.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as typing, data entry, and office organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week
