Archaeology & Heritage Consultant / Assistant

CSA Environmental are looking for an Archaeology & Heritage Consultant, or Assistant Archaeology & Heritage Consultant. You will be based in our Worcestershire office, located in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Role:
You will prepare, or assist in the preparation of, archaeology and heritage reports, including desk-based assessments and setting assessments. You will undertake research, including visits to sites and archives, and analyse data using GIS. You will assess the archaeology and heritage resource and identify how developers should respond to this. You will be enthusiastic both in communicating the value of the historic environment and in seeking solutions. You will be supported by senior staff but will also be comfortable working independently.
At the Consultant level you will have demonstrable experience of heritage consultancy, including preparation of reports. No previous consultancy experience is necessary for the Assistant role, full training will be provided.
