The Role: Symbiotics Ltd is seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Sales Executive will support the sales team by responding to enquiries, generating leads, and assisting with client relationship management. Handle inbound sales activity, following established sales processes.
Qualify leads, understand client needs, and convert opportunities to meet sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records and manage the CRM database.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and psychologists.
Assist with presentations, proposals, and account management activities.
Support revenue forecasting through effective tracking and reporting of sales activities.
Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn technical products.
