The Role:
Symbiotics Ltd is seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Sales Executive will support the sales team by responding to enquiries, generating leads, and assisting with client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales activity, following established sales processes.
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and convert opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Symbiotics products and services to offer customised solutions.
  • Prepare and send pricing proposals and contracts for review by senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and psychologists.
  • Assist with presentations, proposals, and account management activities.
  • Support revenue forecasting through effective tracking and reporting of sales activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn technical products.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • An interest in aviation and an understanding of its recruitment challenges would be advantageous.
