Liberty Wines has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Outbound Coordinator to join our Distribution Centre team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Outbound Coordintaor to join our Distribution Centre team reporting to the Stock and Administration Manager. The Outbound Coordinators primary role will be to ensure the seamless flow of outbound shipments, playing a crucial part in guaranteeing accurate and punctual deliveries to our valued customers.

The Outbound Coordinator will orchestrate and optimise outbound shipments for timely customer deliveries. Your focus on coordination, record-keeping, and efficient communication with external partners will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee outbound shipments to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
- Maintain and generate accurate records of outbound shipments, tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.
- Create bookings and communicate with external third parties to schedule, track, and trace shipments effectively.
- Liaising with various internal and external functions
- Using WMS to access information around sales orders.
- Work hand in hand with the Warehouse team to prioritise order picking, packing, loading based on outbound deadlines.
- Conduct visual inspections and spot checks on outbound shipments to verify product quality and accuracy.
- Additional responsibilities as and when the situation demands or requested.

**About you**:

- Demonstrate punctuality and exhibit excellent time management skills
- Bring substantial experience within roles of similar or comparable nature
- A preferred background in WMS experience
- Proficient various Office 365 programs
- Display a proactive and friendly, demeanor
- Adept at both independent work and seamless collaboration within a dynamic team
- Exemplify excellent communication skills, fostering effective interactions with colleagues and customers
- Showcase a high degree of organisation
