**Poste et missions**:
**Objectif général du poste**:
Le rôle consiste à développer les activités d’actions, d’indices hybrides et de fonds sur les activités couvertes à Londres. Assurer la liaison avec d’autres plateformes (Paris, New York, Hong Kong) afin de coordonner la promotion des idées de produits et de relayer l’innovation en cours de développement.

L’ingénieur financier relie les ventes, le marketing et le trading, et conçoit des solutions innovantes pour les clients. La tâche est axée sur la modélisation financière, ainsi que sur la conception de produits, l’éducation, la commercialisation et l’exécution de structures de produits dérivés et de nouveaux paiements.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- **Élaboration de l’offre de produits**: Demande de prix provenant des ventes de solutions, conception de produits et de services de solutions innovatrices pour les clients actuels et potentiels, préparation de présentations et formation des forces de vente en suivant le « processus verbatim », contribuer au développement de nouvelles solutions d’emballage adaptées aux besoins des clients
- **Développement et exécution des affaires**:Veiller à ce que l’exécution des transactions réponde aux exigences des clients et de Natixis, notamment en ce qui concerne la fourniture en temps opportun d’une tarification professionnelle et l’exécution éthique des flux clients, le lancement et les visites des clients ainsi que les ventes, développer la connaissance des clients et de leurs besoins, coordonner les efforts de la Banque pour servir les organisations clientes, communiquer et coordonner les flux et les commandes avec les équipes de négociation et de vente
- **Performance financière**: Développer les affaires avec les équipes commerciales Solutions et générer de nouvelles transactions de la part des clients., vise à maximiser les revenus à long terme et à maîtriser les coûts dans le cadre de la stratégie métier Solutions Dérivés Actions.
- **Reporting et communication**: Produire un rapport sur l’activité client à la demande, participer à toute réunion d’équipe, de vente et d’innovation selon les besoins de ses gestionnaires
- Contrôle : Veiller à ce que les nouveaux produits soient approuvés par le CNP ou une approbation « ponctuelle » avant d’être offerts aux clients, rendre compte à la direction de l’Ingénierie financière de l’avancement des activités et des problèmes particuliers (p. ex., dépassement des limites, problèmes de conformité, désaccord avec le client, risque de réputation )
