Responsibilities:

- Assist with the administration of various HR tasks and activities
- Preparing letters and structure for investigations or hearings
- Developing job descriptions and job adverts to suit the individual client needs
- Creating template forms for certain HR processes
- Drafting contracts of employment with amends as suitable
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent and in line with the latest legislation and best practice guidance
- Provide support in the recruitment and selection process for clients
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media management for HR purposes is a plus
