**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with Housing Legislation and Incommunities policy
- Compile as necessary and check before despatch all documentation relating to quotations, offers, discounts and sale plans
- Liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Customers in the progress of Incommunities House Sales, post completion and the Landlord’s Right to First Refusal

**You will be a star performer if you..**
- Have knowledge and understanding of an office environment and be proficient in data systems.
- Have familiarity with basic housing terms and home purchase i.e.. mortgages, valuation, conveyancing.
- Having the experience working with a housing organisation would be beneficial.
- Have good writing and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to help deliver an excellent Right to Buy Home Sales service.
- Possess GCSE at Grade A-C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
- Work as part of a team and department

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- The ability to update and maintain computerised databases.
- The knowledge of Right to Buy is desirable.
- The ability to learn new systems and office routines.
- Experience within the housing sector is desirable.
