Inspire Home Solutions are recruiting for - Field Sales Executives OTE - £50,000.00 a year - Commission Based Role - £250 a week provided to cover fuel and vehicle wear & tear.
We are looking for experienced sales representatives to join our team. Inspire Home Solutions are residential and commercial spray coating specialists. We provide UPVC, kitchen, roof & wall coatings to both residential and commercial properties.
Although we allow a representative to set their own weekly availability we expect a minimum of 3 appointments a day to be sat to achieve the targets that will be set. We also expect a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month.
Full training is provided by our sales department that consists of 2 days of office based training followed by 4 days of assisted appointments. Experienced reps will usually require less assisted appointments. Training includes - Product training, CRM training, objection handling, In depth look at our sales process. The applicant must be able to drive and have there own vehicle.
This is the perfect role for an experienced sales representative. We are an experienced team ourselves and understand what is required for a rep to be successful. Expected start date: 06-02-2023 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £13,000.00-£70,000.00 per year.
