This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is s salary of £22,000 per annum and benefits package which includes travel time and mileage.**:
**General Overview**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- Provide information, advice and services to customers on behalf of Qwest Services and Cheshire West & Chester Council
- Potential travel to other locations if required
- Provide information, advice on services of the council, external agencies and organisations
- Take responsibility for resolving queries or completing action arising from customer enquiries to act as an advocate, to progress and chase on behalf of the customer
- Complete forms on behalf of customers and advise on eligibility for a range of services
- Provide information and advice to back office / service area staff regarding customer needs and identifying service improvements
- Work as part of the Customer Services Team to provide a cohesive service to the customer.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Full/clean UK Driving Licence and ability to travel to different locations if required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues (internal and external)
- Experience of working in a Customer service environment with the experience of multi-channel contacts(desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Desirable: NVQ level 2 in Customer Services or equivalent, Microsoft office skills.
