Full Time Day Support Worker/health Care Assistants

We are currently experienced care assistants to support two young clients in their own home. Our clients have a rare muscular condition which means they are dependent on their team for all their care needs. This doesn't, (and shouldn't), prevent them from leading a full life though. They love company and enjoy going out and about in the day. We are looking for a genuinely caring team to support them to live the best life possible. Working alongside a colleague each day you will be supporting both young clients. Experience of complex care, including medication administration, epilepsy and PEG feeding beneficial. Full training will also be provided by our nursing team.
We are looking for full time **Healthcare Assistants to work days. We ensure our rotas are shared well in advance to allow you to enjoy a healthy work life balance and ensure you have at least every other weekend off (unless you prefer to work weekends of course)**
