You will be an enthusiastic, organised, and reliable individual, able to assist with installation projects. You will be responsible for processing each project from start to completion - from the ordering and delivery of products, to arranging the actual installation.
The hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700.
As Administrator, you will be required to carry out various duties which include:
- Co-ordinating and scheduling of meetings, planning timelines and budgets, ordering materials, and arranging suitable labour requirements
- Site surveys as and when required (full training provided)
- Generating risk assessments and method statements
- Cost management and control of jobs
- Sending approved drawings and designs to suppliers
- Managing engineer’s tools, spare parts and identifying training needs
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- Previous managerial experience advantageous
- Previous experience of leading others is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full driving license
