**Qualifications & Experience**:
- GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/Level 4 or above
- Hold/Willing to work towards a Level 3 Professional Qualification
- Significant experience within a faced paced, administration based role

**The Role - Key Objectives**
- Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
- Act as an exemplar of our Company values and encourage a positive culture
- Assist the team with HR and Learning and Development administration, inclusive of: issuing employment contracts, processing contractual changes, reviewing absence, supporting with recruitment & onboarding and mass auditing
- Maintaining accurate people records on our HR System
- Demonstrate a ‘questioning/reflecting’ approach to the role
- Support the Chief People Officer with organisation of logistics for Leadership events such as Leadership Away Days, People Manager Updates and Annual Budget Sign-Off meetings
- Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required
