**What will you do?**
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure the Residential/BTR team understand and comply with all relevant regulation, keeping the function fully abreast of any change
- Build a partnership between Residential and BTR to prevent silo working, share progress and best practice
- Ensure that operational impacts are assessed and risks appropriately escalated and reported on, with mitigating activity clear in the operational risk framework and visibly followed through on
- Partner with departmental leads to review and maintain the suite of documents in place, ensuring they remain in line with regulatory needs
- Introduce and oversee document management and controls to ensure proper usage and storage
- Produce MI and papers to ensure the ELT, SLT and other key stakeholders are able to make informed decisions and have the right insight
- Lead in quality and improvement audit across Residential/BTR, following through proactively on the actions and improvements required
- Support to resolve legal risks or issues arising from non-regulatory compliance
- Support policy management and process governance
- Joint facilitation of H&S Committee with the BTR Health and Safety Manager, ensuring audit, regulatory compliance, reporting and critical activity, fed through key policies and processes
- Management and implementation of new features of the risk and compliance software

- Business professional facilitation and communication skills and able to present and motivate with impact
- Investigation skills/experience and report writing
- Ability to inspire people through coaching, influencing, communication and listening skills
- Ability to create, implement, execute and follow up on plans to deliver outstanding results
