About the Role:
Hirecracker is seeking a highly skilled Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Risk and Assurance Analysts and providing strategic leadership in governance, risk, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Risk and Assurance Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Risk and Compliance: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in governance, risk, and compliance, working closely with senior management to drive business growth and improvement.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
