About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Risk and Assurance Analysts, providing strategic guidance on governance, risk, and compliance matters. This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard working hours of 10am - 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective governance, risk, and compliance strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead a team of Risk and Assurance Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of risk and compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring the organization remains compliant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
