- Managing the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Ensuring the reception and common areas are kept tidy and presentable.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Receptionist Administrator should have:

- A strong understanding of administrative procedures and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment.
