We are looking for someone to join our front of house team, supporting the seamless running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guests’ needs are anticipated.

What you’ll be doing in the role:

- Welcoming guests, assisting them and seeing to their needs
- Deliver an exceptional service to ensure guests have a memorable experience
- Engage appropriately with guests, seating them at the appropriate table and communicating all requests and booking notes to the rest of the team
- Making and updating reservations and allocating them to a suitable table accordingly
- Participate in training and development to maintain and increase knowledge
- Work effectively and flexibly with other team members, contributing to the overall success of the front of house team
- You will be working 45 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday

What we’re looking for:

- Previous restaurant experience in London
- Ability to engage with guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression of the restaurant
- Ability to arrange reservations in a professional, efficient manner
- Outgoing personality with a passion to deliver
- Enthusiastic, quick thinking with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of the reservations platform SevenRooms
- Experience with Collins & OpenTable will be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
