**Seeking a friendly & experienced receptionist for a private members club in Westminster**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Reservation Handling**: Handle guest reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to coordinate guest services and contribute to a seamless overall guest experience.
- **Calendar Management**: Maintain and update appointment calendars for various departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
