**Key responsibilities**
- Undertake weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
- Download bank transfer transactions daily for the bank accounts allocated
- Raise payments on the bank platform as required
- Process accurately a high number of transactions daily for the bank accounts allocated
- Ensure receipts and payments are coded and posted to the correct ledgers, cost centres, nominal ledger codes and departments where applicable

**You need to be able to demonstrate**
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate
- Able to work confidently
- Flexibility in approaching work situations
- High level skills of using Microsoft Office packages and accounting packages
- At least 1 years’ experience with purchase ledger/bookkeeping experience (desirable)
- Experience of using Navision and NatWest banking platform (desirable)
