Holiday allowance - 33 days including public bank holiday

Working Hours:
Mon to thurs 8.30 - 4.30
1 hour lunch
Friday: 8.30 - 4pm
Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next role? A well established International manufacturer in Sandiacre are looking to bring their newest talent on board.
The current office Admin / Receptionist is retiring which speaks volumes about the type of company we are recruiting for.
**What to expect**:
The receptionist aspect of your role will not be an intense part of your role, to give you an insight, it is not a busy reception - the business often get around 2-3 visitors per month The bulk of your workload will be as an Office administrator which’ll include the below duties:
**Duties**
- Answering / directing calls
- Processing orders
- Generating PO numbers
- Replenishing office stock e/g stationary / equipment etc
- Arranging the visitor display area
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Sending Invoices
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
