**COPE Occupational Health Services Ltd, Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 1FW Permanent/Full-time - £12.20ph**
We have an exciting opportunity for an **Administrator/Receptionist** to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who enjoys the buzz of a busy office environment, revels in a varied job role and has a great personality.
If you are a confident, hands on, 'get the job done' type of individual who feels they can support our occupational health and physiotherapy professionals with an efficient confidential administrative support service we are waiting to hear from you
**About you**
You will have excellent IT skills (this is an essential criteria) and be proficient in Microsoft programmes including Excel. You will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and able to communicate well with others.
**About the role, you will**:
- Provide a full administrative support service to our Occupational Health Team
- Arrange appointments and diary management
- Liaise with key clinical professionals, customers, patients, suppliers etc
- Take responsibility for a large client, managing their data, and reporting whilst building relationships with key members of their team
- Updating and maintaining of confidential patient records
- Producing and preparing letters, reports and other documents as required
- Support the overall business with general office duties including scanning and uploading of documents to our bespoke system.
