**About us**

**Airport Angels was established in 2012 to assist Language Schools with the challenge of providing effective Meet & Greet and Check-In services at UK airports for students coming to the UK for language study programmes. Over the years our services have extended to providing services for individual clients (adults and children), coach groups, VIP and corporate clients.**

Job Summary:
**This role would be best suited to someone looking for a few hours here and there on an irregular basis particulary through Jun-Aug 2024.**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Passenger Service Agent to join our team. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to groups and individuals, ensuring a smooth transition through the airport. Your attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to analyze situations will contribute to the overall success of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist passengers at Arrivals and from their transport for Departures
- Assist passengers with check-in
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and safety procedures
- Handle passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other airport personnel, parents and organisations to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
