**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **File Maintenance**: Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- **Correspondence**: Draft and proofread correspondence, legal notices, and other communications for the legal team.
- **Research**: Conduct legal research and gather information to support real estate transactions and legal proceedings.
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on legal matters.
- **Compliance**: Assist in ensuring the firm's operations comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Prepare and manage billing and invoicing for legal services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or similar role in a real estate or law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation related to real estate transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes in a legal context (preferred).
