Job Overview:
We are currently in search of a highly motivated and adept Lettings Negotiator to become an integral part of our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in the rental process, making this a thrilling opportunity for those with a genuine passion for real estate and a preference for a dynamic work environment.

**Duties**:

- Engage with clients to comprehend their property needs and preferences
- Conduct informative property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants
- Schedule and manage maintenance tasks for managed properties
- Handle all relevant paperwork associated with property transactions
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Prepare and deliver compelling offers to clients
- Coordinate property inspections and surveys
- Contribute to the preparation of property listings, involving writing descriptions and capturing photographs
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and legal requirements
- Possess a valid driving license

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a notable advantage
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with the local real estate market is a valuable asset
