**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work with students in Key Stage 1 and 2 who require additional support with their behavioural needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and social development of these students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioural needs.
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other support staff and professionals to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- No formal qualifications required.
- Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.

**Pay and Benefits**:
We offer competitive pay rates starting at £81.76 up to £95 a day, with room for negotiation based on experience and qualifications. As a Long-Term Supply role, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in different school settings while enjoying the stability of consistent work.
