We are seeking a process driven and highly organised individual looking to kick start their career in finance within the private healthcare sector.

You will be reporting directly to the Finance Controller and be responsible for supporting the billing operations of the central office which is based in West London. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

- Maintain aspects of the purchase, sales and general ledgers
- Raise and chase invoices on our patient management systems
- Chase outstanding debtors on a regular basis
- Prepare weekly & monthly reconciliations
- Involvement in maintaining and developing sound accounting systems

Experience & Skills:
The ideal individual will have/be:

- Proactive approach to spot and deal with potential issues
- Commercial to ensure best service and price
- Articulate to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all stakeholders
- Problem solving skills
- A ‘do-er’ with a get it done attitude
- Sociable, comfortable being social with stakeholders

**Skills**:Preferred but not essential
- A degree in Finance or Accounting
- Attention to Detail
- Methodical & Organised
- Ability to multi-task
- High proficiency with MS Excel
- Analytical

**Salary**: Negotiable/dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
