**A well-established retail company based in the heart of London is seeking an experienced Billings Administrator to join their team.**

**As a Billings Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- Issue tenant periodic rent, service charges,s and insurance invoices from SAP. Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Manage deposit refunds and capital contribution payments
- Maintaining the integrity of internal databases
- Work with internal and external auditors to resolve issues and/ or provide information as required
- Process lease completion statements, and follow up on payment and account reconciliation
- A comprehensive review of leases and contracts and accurate entry into SAP
- Good knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable, particularly Billing
- Previous experience of SAP would be advantageous
- Good understanding of accounting processes

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering £35,000 and hybrid working.
