We’re currently looking for a personable Sales Advisor to join our driven sales team. Someone who’ll promote sales of all Richmond products and services to meet achievable targets - always leaving a positive and professional impression on our future residents and their families.**What you’ll be doing**- Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings-
- Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager-
- Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups-
- Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function-
- Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village-
- Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets-
- Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports-
- Above all, you’ll show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times.**Who we’re looking for**
- A determined individual with previous sales experience in a customer facing environment - you’ll be comfortable working to targets and delivering sales figures. Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial if you have experience of the retirement sector. Courteous with a meticulous attention to detail, you’ll listen to and build rapport with our customers - quickly identifying their needs and matching this to our products. A confident influencer and negotiator - with great customer care skills, you’ll have no problem leaving a positive impression on our current and future residents and their relatives.**What we’ll offer you in return**
