Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Lettings Valuer to join our team at Fox & Sons, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As a Lettings Property Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Provide outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local property market
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Conduct property valuations and provide accurate market appraisals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estate agency, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Full UK driving license
