At Fox & Sons, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team in Bognor Regis.

Key Responsibilities:

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct accurate market appraisals/valuations, and negotiate tenancies to maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Requirements:

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably in Lettings Negotiation or Sales Negotiation
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
