We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join the Acopia Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and needs to provide effective solutions and drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client goals.
  5. Monitor account performance, report on key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
  6. Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of additional products or services that meet client needs.
  7. Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and ensure timely payment and invoicing to maintain a positive client experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
