- Optimize marketing processes and integrate across the enterprise to maximize the opportunities of data, analytics, and marketing outcomes.
- We build, deploy, maintain, and scale marketing solutions that reduce complexity and cost.
- Partner and team with technology solution providers and platforms to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients.
- Offer our clients end to end solutions and services in Data Management and Consumer Insights, Marketing Technology Services, Experience Design & Management, Content Services, Digital Analytics, Performance Marketing and Media Optimization, SEO, Marketing Operations, Strategy, and Digital Transformation

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You’ll be responsible for leading our Experience Transformation Strategy offering in the UK. With a proven track record in driving experience transformation for key brands, you will focus on proactively consulting and creating innovative, market-relevant solutions that meet the needs of our largest clients and prospects, built around outcomes rather than services.

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth ambitions through a pursuit driven mandate, consulting directly with clients to deepen our relationship and broaden the services we offer them. Your personal success in achieving results that prove the value of this consultative approach will be the foundation on which to build a team of consultants and architects beneath you.

**KEY OBJECTIVES**
- Identify and understand market opportunities and the digital behaviour of clients’ target audiences to build effective strategies that drive human and business outcomes.
- Use research, data, and analytical insights to connect digital strategies across various channels and experiences.
- Enhance and evolve current client engagements by elevating business-oriented solutions.
- Analyse client’s digital strategies, lead strategic ideation sessions and partner with internal groups to create and deliver outcome-focused solutions.
- Facilitate internal and client workshops and brainstorms with intellect, energy, and passion.
- Collaborate closely with senior clients to guide the design, build, and evolution of digital commerce experiences.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of current digital service and experience trends and be able to incorporate best practices into digital strategies for clients.
- Drive and support growth with current clients and net new clients, creating an owned pipeline.
- Create and articulate strategic narratives for new business pitches, internal teams, and existing client engagements.
- Actively develop thought leadership, supporting iCrossing’s positioning in the UK to drive experience transformation pipeline opportunities.
- Support and guide internal teams to develop multi-year growth plans and client transformation roadmaps.
- Be accountable for the solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets client requirements and industry best practices - ensuring seamless delivery.
- Be an inspirational leader who nurtures talent and develops and empowers teams.
- Be an ambassador of iCrossing UK and its values (ambitious, brave and collaborative).
- You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Extensive experience implementing and integrating experience transformation and marketing/commerce solutions for global brands, focussed on UK regional initiatives.
- Customer experience oriented and obsessed.
- Significant experience with analytics tools (measurement & insights) and processes, customer engagement, personalization solutions and strategies.
- Proven experience developing strategic frameworks and measurement strategies.
- Proven experience defining integrated strategies and programs.
- Proven experience delivering technology orientated solutions and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with experience interacting and influencing C-suite level clients.
