**Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Treatment Coordinator to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Greenhithe.**
Dental Beauty Greenhithe is an award-winning practice located on the London/Kent border, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn. You will receive a great deal of support from our Principal and Management Team, with the aim of delivering a fantastic treatment journey to our patients.
**The position**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have great patient conversion rates in the practice
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
- Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
- Plan & drive the income targets for the practice
- Ensuring practice compliance

**About you**:
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their managerial career
- Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
- Experience with supporting with practice compliance and CQC is preferred
- DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
