**Job Title: Fleet Sales Account Administrator**

**Location: Epsom, KT19 9NW**

**Salary: Between £23,690 - £25,900 (depending on experience) + benefits (listed below)**

**Full Time and Permanent - 40 Hours a week - Monday to Friday**

Our client is an independent car dealer group which operates a network of 61 car dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. They are one of the Top 25 Sunday Times best big companies to work for.

They are looking for a Fleet Sales Account Administrator to join them at their business centre which is in their dealership in Epsom.

**Job Purpose**:
To drive the standard in customer care and build effective and profitable customers with new and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for processing vehicle orders throughout our client's Business Centre and you’ll support all members of the team in achieving their business objectives. You’ll demonstrate our client's Purpose, Principles, and Ambition in all dealings with colleagues, customers and prospects.

Our client is looking for an experienced
**Fleet Sales Account Administrator **who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with the willingness to contribute to the team, you will be looking after the communication between our client and their leasing company partners. You will support all members of the team in achieving their business objectives and building effective and profitable customer relationships with new and existing customers while processing vehicle orders through our client's Business Centre.

**Day to Day responsibilities**:

- Order Management - processing customer orders onto company database; including pricing and customer details. You will be responsible for the management of the vehicle process from receipt of the order to point of delivery.
- Customer Management - updating customers on the progress of their orders, addressing concerns and providing effective solutions to queries.
- Quoting - assisting clients with pricing on the client's range, using product knowledge to advise on model variants/options available to enhance the customer's fleet.
- Various administration duties to assist the team - Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook skills are essential.
- Vehicle Preparation - Liaising with our client's sites to ensure vehicles are prepared and equipped with everything they need to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Previous Account Administration experience (ideally in Fleet support or a similar environment)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT Literate - an experience of using Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Evidence of ‘right to work in the UK’
