**Role Overview**

Our Communications Team support our brilliant portfolio of customers to communicate effectively with their employees. Whether that’s informing them about annual benefits selection or helping them to maximise the employee experience for everyone who works for them - you name it, we’ll communicate about it.

As a Global Communications Consultant, your role will be strategic, creative, and incredibly varied, from pitching to potential customers to developing dynamic reward brands and so much more.

**Responsibilities**
- Create communication plans
- Oversee the delivery of your projects through the Communications team
- Successfully onboard our customers and their employees onto our technology, including developing unique brand identities
- Support a portfolio of long-standing customers with their communications needs as their reward and benefits schemes grow
- Work closely with a team of Project Managers and Benefit Consultants to come up with the right solutions to meet the needs of your customers

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience **delivering creative communication plans** with clear objectives and outcomes
- Proven success **managing a portfolio of customers **and growing revenue and inspire confidence and commitment by delivering exceptional proposals and pitches
- A good understanding of **strategic communication** campaigns
- Have experience working within** internal communications**, or understand and appreciate the role it plays in an organisation
- Experience of** working autonomously** and with agility to deliver outcomes, bringing together the right people to get the job done
