Do you have a background in health and safety, either as a consultant or working in industry? Do you have the ability to deliver a high standard of work with fine attention to detail, a sound knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, and good communication skills?
You must have the ability to deliver high quality consultancy services, to work remotely with colleagues across broad markets, to develop and maintain client relationships and deliver projects compliant with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
The successful candidate can be based from any of our UK offices as we offer flexible hybrid working, with the expectation that they will travel to client sites once a week.
Delivering Principal Designer/Client CDM Adviser services in a multi-disciplinary project environment
In house CDM advisor to UK Ramboll markets including Buildings, Highways, Transport, Energy, Environment & Health, Water and Managing Consulting
Working with colleagues to develop and market broad construction risk management services, both in the UK and overseas
Proposal and Client services development
Supporting wider H&S projects as required

You will be part of our fast-growing health and safety team, delivering a wide range of strategic and operational risk management assignments across most sectors and geographies. NEBOSH Construction (or equivalent) and/or H&S qualifications
Broad sector experience supporting Clients with CDM strategies, fulfilling client duties and acting as Principal Designer (defined under the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015)
Knowledgeable in design risk management process and techniques
Possession of good technical writing, communication and client-facing skills
