**Property Management Centre in Southampton** is playing a vital part in supporting the business growth.

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of
**Customer Service Executives** to join our team within our
**Southampton, UK **centre. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment with an industry leading business.

As a **Customer Service Executive** working within our Property Management Centre you can expect to carry out the following duties on a day to day basis:

- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to and from our landlords, tenants, contractors and our branch network.
- Arrange and organise property maintenance for existing tenants whose properties may need repair.
- Schedule engineers where required to carry out gas and electrical inspections.
- Manage our customers’ expectations thoroughly throughout all processes.
- Manage queries in relation to contracts and tenancy agreements from tenants, landlords and out branch network.
- Produce inventories and deal with end of agreement queries such as the return of deposits.
- Handle computer-based tasks and data entry responsibilities, ensuring all information inputted onto the system is completed with high levels of accuracy.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all customers both internal and external.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Computer literate with the ability to navigate around different systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work on your own as well as within a team.
- Pro-active and progressive attitude

Previous Property Management or Lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. On-going training and support is also given to encourage our colleagues to progress within their careers.
