We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a responsive team and deliver high quality, specialist care to individuals with mental health, dementia and Autism.

**What is a specialist?**

As a specialist, you will be trained to have a good understanding of Mental health and/or Autism and/or dementia and how this impacts our service users day to day life, we equip you with strategies to best help the people you are supporting and you will be provided with regular supervision and support to ensure you are confidently able to deliver the highest standards of care.

Crosspath Care believes in bringing forward the best from within the company, all our senior staff, assistant managers and registered managers have been through the Crosspath development programme, all seniors and management started as support workers and showed potential to lead and deliver high-quality care and support to our service users and staff team.

Alongside the development programme, we offer relevant funded training for the relevant position. Development in Lvl 2,3,4 and 5 in HSC and Lvl 2 mental health and Autism is offered to all staff that have passed their probationary period.

We have successfully trained staff to lead and manage teams at a very high standard.

Staff wanting to go through this programme will show a high level of commitment to their work and must be willing to push themselves to new levels.
