Receptionist / Office Administrator

Pinders are a surveying firm, established in 1969, who provide nationwide valuations, building surveys, project management and expert witness services to banks, solicitors and small business operators. Our head office is located in Central Milton Keynes with a network of regional surveyors across the UK.
We are looking for an individual to join our small administrative team, with responsibilities to include:
- Liaising with agents and business owners to arrange surveyors appointments
- Entering client initial enquiries and formal instructions onto database
- Liaising with surveyors and other departments to provide clients with progress updates
- Assisting surveyors with pre-inspection research
- Formatting of surveyors report prior to despatch to client.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to different situations
Pinders operate a hybrid working model with a combination of home based and office based working.
